According to various rankings, Tossini bakery has always been valued as one of the best focaccia places in Liguria, hence in the entire world. Michele had the privilege to work for various months in the family business that has been producing focaccia since 1899 and has succeeded over the years in maintaining the same quality as your local neighborhood baker. Even today, after an important modernization process (which led to the opening of nine stores), the focaccia remains as good and genuine as the one baked by the baker next door.

In the wheat world there are too many factors that play a crucial role to make exactly the same product in a different location. Every master baker will tell you the same. However, we do our best to come as close as possible to the original recipe.
